ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS
Our enrichment programs provide our preschoolers with the opportunity to expand their interests and develop skills in the arts, sports and languages. They are provided free of charge to enrolled children.
Spanish
Learning a new language keeps the brain flexible and open to all learning. Through stories, songs, games and other activities, our children learn basic vocabulary, common phrases, rhymes and songs in Spanish while developing an understanding of different Spanish-speaking cultures around the world.
Movement
Our movement program is led by Monik’s Creative Movement (MCM), a dance organization that incorporates the skills of dance–movement vocabulary, coordination, self-expression, exploration, spatial awareness–with cultural, social, emotional, and academic development. Through classes with MCM, children develop the communication skills, self-confidence, adaptability and resilience to thrive in all facets of life.
Gardening and Nutrition
Through our partnership with non-profit organization, Growing Great, our children have hands-on experiences learning about food source, nutrition, the science of how plants grow, and the diversity, beauty and importance of the natural world.
Sports
Every week, our Toddlers and Preschoolers participate in our sports program led by sports organization, Super Soccer Stars. Through learning the basics of sports such as soccer, baseball and tennis, children are building coordination, large motor skills, listening and executive functioning skills while developing an understanding of team spirit, responsibility and collaboration
